We can copy all the text written in above picture using Microsoft Office OneNote and than edit the same and finally we can save in any format.

File > New > Page
3 > Insert Image that contains text
Insert > Pictures > From Files
So you will get your picture in OneNote .
4 > Right click on picture and select option Copy Text from Picture .
That's it .
5 > Now you can open any other editor like MS Word and paste the text there . you will get text like below and you can edit the same . :)
