How to Copy Text from an Image file

Mostly each of us using computer these days and one problem that most of the people facing is Copying the text from an Image.

We can copy all the text written in above picture using Microsoft Office OneNote and than edit the same and finally we can save in any format.

This technology is known as Optical character recognition (OCR) .

Following are the steps to copy image text

1 > Open Microsoft Office OneNote .

2 > Open New Page .

File > New > Page 

3 > Insert Image that contains text

Insert > Pictures > From Files 

So you will get your picture in OneNote .

4 > Right click on picture and select option Copy Text from Picture .

That's it .

5 > Now you can open any other editor like MS Word and paste the text there . you will get text like below and you can edit the same .  :)
